Hi! When doing any lunge exercises I keep the golden angle and the silver angle, but I still feel it more in my quads than my hamstrings. Are there any corrections I can make to fix this? Thank you ????

Hi Alexis! Did you check where your knee is? Is it staying stacked in line with your ankle? If the knee travels over the toe, it will load into your quad. Focus on keeping your knee stacked, and squeeze your glues as well as pull from your hamstring. It's normal to feel it in your quads too - but we don't want the quadriceps to take over. Let me know!
