Was that really supposed to be one RED spring on the first exercise?
Also, many of these videos don’t have the same spring setup as my microformer and I’m not sure how to compensate. I have a black, red, GREY, and a white.
Hello Kate; yes, that is correct; 1 Red for the Mega Catfish. You have all the springs needed. There are no other springs needed. We will create a conversion table/video :)
This was one of my favorites that I've done on LagreeOD. The exercises are different from the typical class. Just when I was ready to quit, we were on to the next move. The heavy legs feel really good, and the arm block was quick but effective. There are easy modifications that could vary the intensity, so this is good for any level.
