My equipment doesn’t have bungee kick strap. What other movement can I do to achieve the same result?

Hi Chengcheng! I didn't see your comment before, so sorry! did you get a bungee? If not, you can do the movement without it and you will still activate your glutes (still killer doing it slow for at least a minute.) Give it a try!

You can do the same movement without the bungee! The bungee will add tension, so if you are looking for that challenge you can always grab a resistance band to mock this same movement.
