actually sexy back is indeed done with palms facing the floor, so that's not an easier or modified option.

Sexy back is ideally performed with the palms facing the ceiling and the elbows in line with the shoulders. However, they can adjust their palms so they are facing the floor - whichever helps them keep their shoulders down and elbows in line with their shoulders as much as you can.
