Classic moves that never fail to make me shake & sweat! I really enjoyed this beginner class and there were a lot of opportunities to create more intensity.

Thank you Brooklyn! Lagree class moves combined with longer duration and going slower is my favorite. I love how you noticed the opportunities to kick it up a notch or two. Sometimes we think modifying is only to decrease intensity - when the form and tempo are on point, boosting the intensity is a surefire way to shake, sweat and get sore even more. :)
