I have a new mini pro and this was my 2nd class! I enjoyed it had to modify a bit especially the spring load. Great explanation of moves- Mahalo!

An AMAZING beginner class! Great explanation of the basic moves and what we are engaging, along with modifcations for both easier and harder difficulties. Explained the resistance needed for each one, which I feel like I often miss. Thank you so much Sarah!
