Diana is a Level 2 certified Lagree instructor who’s been passionately teaching the Lagree method since 2017. With a background in Pilates, she’s no stranger to movement and body mechanics, but it’s Lagree’s unique ability to challenge every fitness level that truly won her over.
Her favorite move? Super Lunge! because who doesn’t love a good afterburn that reminds you of the work you put in! And the shakes!
When she’s not teaching on Lagree on Demand, she travels worldwide to teach and take Lagree classes wherever she goes. She loves to hike, take yoga classes, and discover new music.
