Bio

After being a Professional NFL Cheerleader and Dancer, I found my passion for teaching fitness and began teaching Barre and Indoor Cycling. It was during this time that I came across and fell in love with Lagree. I am a certified Lagree instructor originally from Alabama but live in San Diego, Ca. I have been a fitness instructor for 10+ years and have taught the Lagree Method for my whole career along with Indoor cycling where I was a Master Instructor.

My side passion is rescuing dogs from Mexico. My boyfriend and I currently have 4 rescue dogs. We purchased our first home just so they could have their own backyard!!
