Her prior fitness credentials span across classical ballet & lyrical jazz dance, plus multi-pilates apparatus. She has a love for movement, the ocean and life - throwing guitar, singing, surfing, swimming, boxing & roller skating into the mix whenever she can!
Sharnee has released her very own anatomy book for trainers - Anatomy Fitness 101 which is accepted as an Ace Fitness certification in 2022.
Sharnee the smiling assassin is very passionate to help to educate & inspire others in a fun way! She prides herself in educating the why behind fitness / what to feel and how to create effective intensity with regressions or progressions in each and every exercise.
