P.S. I know this is a matter of personal preference, but I prefer the original Lagree moves (or those moves, as modified by flipping up the Mini's platforms, e.g. the bear AP) as opposed to the moves that are floor-based, like sea serpent or hammerhead, as I don't really have floor space by my machine plus I like utilizing the springs to keep my core engaged...I find my core gets lazy when I don't have spring tension....
The fact that you take the time to interact with customers/clients and write a workout and then coach it is what sets you apart from all the rest!
Really well done workout!!! I do have the front platform handles and used those for spoon vs. the platform. The transitions were fantastic. My computer kept hanging up so I ended up with a core 35. I like the opportunity for the push ups in the moves. I would say maybe add some holds or pulses when feasible. Plank to pike to me should be in every class :) If you dial up another class I'd prefer it more off off the back in center core portion, always up for more of a challenge :) I'd love to see what you come up with for another one. I like to do 25-30 min of core 2x a week at least so its nice to have those classes available.
You are most welcome Charles; it is my absolute pleasure and I will revise this sequence and include the other points in a revised sequence :) Please, don't hesitate to ask!
