I want to switch on annual subscription plan, how do do that?

You’ll save 20% with our annual subscription option. So, instead of managing 12 monthly payments with our monthly option, you can pay once a year, save 20% per month, and still get unlimited access to everything on LagreeOD with our annual membership!

Go to your Payment settings page and change your subscription to “annual.” Your first annual payment will process as soon as your last billing cycle is complete. You will not be charged for any more monthly payments after this point!

When is my next date billing date?

You can check your next billing date by going to your account settings and selecting the Payment tab.

Can I get a copy of an invoice?

A printable version of your billing history is always available in the Payment tab of your account settings. You’ll find a link that says, “Click here to view or print your payment history,” toward the bottom of the page.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards and debit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to accept payment through PayPal.

My payment failed, what do I do?

There may be a few things occurring if you receive a failed payment notice from LagreeOD. The two most common reasons payment fail are due to insufficient funds, or banks may be the blocking payments due to a number of different reasons.

If you know that your credit card is up-to-date with sufficient funds in the account, this is most likely an issue to take up with your bank. LagreeOD has no ability to approve payments that your bank has blocked or marked as “high risk”.

The most common reasons a bank may block a payment is because they don’t recognize these charges and disable the payments from going though. Another common reason revolves around international purchases, which your local bank may not recognize and block for security reasons.

If either of these issues occur, a quick call to your local bank can clear up any issues around these payments!

How do I cancel my LagreeOD membership?

You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your credit card will not be charged for the upcoming monthly fee.

Go to Payment settings page, scroll to the bottom of the page and then click on “Cancel subscription” button.

After cancelling your account, you will be able to access LagreeOD until the last day of your billing cycle, and will not receive a refund for the current month. For example, if your billing was on the 22nd of every month, and you chose to cancel your subscription on the 12th, you will have access to LagreeOD through the 21st of the following month.

Will I have access to my account after I cancel?

Yes! If you cancel your subscription in the middle of a billing cycle, you will continue to have full access to LagreeOD through your next billing date. You can find your next billing date in your account settings under the Payment tab.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds.
