Born and raised in San Diego CA, I rode horses professionally through high school competing in showjumping internationally. Sadly that had to come to an end and I needed to find a new passion. I found pilates first in 2009. I started of course as a client and I really enjoyed pilates, however, I did wish it was a little bit more intense so I clung to teachers that had a more innovative and progressive approach and taught a more challenging class. I finally became certified in pilates in 2015 and was really loving life as a full-time fitness teacher but I still wanted something more, I branded myself as the "Hard teacher" at my studio putting my own spin on things to make the workout more intense. THEN I discovered Lagree. I took my first Lagree class in 2018 and I thought to myself this is it, this is what I was looking for the whole time! Ever since then I've been obsessed with the Lagree method and of course became certified. I currently teach and Pilates Plus Pacific Beach in San Diego CA. I love this method and the community, I'm very grateful to be a part of it.
