Biography

Aloha! My name is Sarah. I have been a certified Lagree Fitness teacher since 2010, training on the OG, the Proformer in 2010, the M3 in 2014, and on the Supra in 2016 at the Lagree Fitness HQ. Since moving to Oahu in 2020, I’ve been training and teaching on the Microformer.

I love sharing my passion in all things health, fitness, and wellness. I really believe that health is wealth! While I have been certified in everything under the sun— hot yoga, Pilates, TRX, barre, and spin, I still love and teach Lagree Fitness Method because it’s fun, effective, and efficient. The method challenged me both mentally and physically. Physically, I am able to endure physical activities more such as jogging for more distance or playing sports without fatiguing as quickly. Mentally, I feel challenged and humble every time because this workout never gets easier.

Random fact, I am a nuclear pharmacist by day, where making radioactive drugs gives me the same joy as cooking in my kitchen! For fun life things, I love to play pickleball and tennis, learn golf (goal is to play like Tiger Woods), and last but not least, hang out with my ohana and friends, eating!

I am so excited to share my workouts with you, so I hope you enjoy them! My routines are challenging (not impossible!) because I want the workout to be effective and efficient. It’s not meant to be easy, otherwise, I’d be wasting your time and money tbh! Everyone wants more hours in a day to do all the things they want to accomplish, so I am very mindful and intentional what we do in class. We will train smarter together! Please read the descriptions of the videos and level of difficulties to find what works best for ya.
