Bio

Siobhan O'Donnell is a Ventura County local, spending her girlhood on the beaches from Silverstrand to Faria. Siobhan became interested in fitness because of the internal focus and peace, and external strength that simultaneously results. She is a yoga fanatic and has been teaching yoga since 2010 on the Big Island, Hawaii through Cloud Nine Yoga. Siobhan first discovered Lagree at Fit Buddha in Ventura, CA, and teaches at Method Lagree and Body Restoration. She loves the slow pace but challenge on the mega former that forces a mental focus but also loves the fun of seeing friends at group fitness and joking around. She is certified through Lagree, Yoga Alliance 300-hour RYT, Spin, TRX, Pop Pilates, and TWYT. Lagree quickly became her favorite of all because of the immediate results and feel of the body during the workout.

Besides teaching Lagree, her passions include leading Malas, or 108 Sun Salutation marathons, at various yoga studios around the world for philanthropic causes such as Yoga Stops Trafficking through Odanadi Seva Trust. Siobhan is also a flight attendant for a major airline and enjoys taking Lagree and other classes around the globe.
